Warranty & Return Policy

The returned goods or products will be verified together with the receipt and the goods should also present to be in a good condition. The item should  be in  the original condition in the original packaging . In case the good or product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will no refund for the purchase. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

Return & Replacement & Refund
For purchases of BATTERY/MOD items, each product purchased from this website directly comes with a 14-Day Limited Warranty from the date of shipment.In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a return process by contacting us at within 14 days of original purchase. The 14-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty. Coils, wires, clearance and rewards items are not covered in warranty & return policy.

If 30 days has passed by since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.You can only ever get refund when your VAPING products have not been opened or used in any way and you return it to us via the address, which we will provide you upon request.We can never refund you if your products have been opened under any circumstances. We are also unable to give refunds on order where incorrect addresses have been given.Please note that this is NOT a money back guarantee product.Please note that VAPING products bought during sale period at discounted/sale price are not refundable/returnable.

We will also email you with troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps are required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

Shipping Costs

In regards to the cost of shipment for Return & Replacement, customers are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items. In regards to the cost of shipment for Return & Refund, we will bear all the shipping costs.

“Dead on Arrivals” (DOA) claims

Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order; especially when ordering in bulk. Please notify us immediately if an item is dead on arrival / defective. Please contact our customer service team by email at service@www.myvapormy.com  with a description of the problem along with your order number. If the issue cannot be resolved by email, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back for replacement along with the invoice. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item are shipped back to us. “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) claims must be reported to us within 24 hours from the day you receive it and return us the product within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. After the inspection process same product will be provided in the exchange of damaged product or can offer refund/another product if the particular product no available in stock. Return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received wrong item(s).

Wrong Item Claims

Wrong Item claims must be reported to us within 24 hours from the day you receive it and return us the product within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession. After the inspection process same product will be provided in the exchange of damaged product or can offer refund/another product if the particular product no available in stock.

Refund for Canceling Order

Items in your order we haven’t made shipment will be made refund ASAP after we receive your reasonable request via service@www.myvapormy.com. Any service charge required by payment platform caused by the refund shall be at your expense.

Compatibility

We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
